Spacious and  modern apartment

Tunturinlaita A4 is a modern, high-quality, and spacious alpine apartment located at the foot of Levitunturi, in an excellent location right next to the front slopes. You can start skiing or cross-country skiing directly from the apartment (Ski-in/Ski-out). A wide ski trail also runs right next to the building. All the services in Levi center are within walking distance.

The apartment is spacious, 83 m², with 4 rooms, kitchen, sauna, and a large balcony, all on one level, on the second floor of the building, which also has an elevator.

There are three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a double bed. In every bedroom, the beds can be placed together or separately, and the living room has a sofa bed for two. Altogether, the apartment accommodates eight people (6+2).

The apartment has two bathrooms with showers, an electric sauna, a bathtub, a drying room with a washing machine and drying cabinet, as well as a large balcony. The balcony faces the fell and the ski slopes.

The apartment is stylishly furnished and well-equipped, with quality appliances, kitchenware, and tableware for eight guests. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.

Guests also have access to a heated ski maintenance room in another building. There is a covered parking space with an electric car heater socket. In the carport, there is also a lockable storage cabinet for ski or snowboard equipment.

Within walking distance, you'll find two good grocery stores, cafés, several restaurants, a spa, hairdressers, beauty salons, a pharmacy, sports equipment shops and rentals, a doctor, Alko, bars, nightclubs, and more. During the high season, it is recommended to make a table reservation in advance. Levi offers an excellent range of services.

    1. How many people can the apartment accommodate ?

    The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed that can be arranged either as one large bed or as two separate single beds. In total, there are beds for six guests, and the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional guests if needed. Altogether, the apartment offers sleeping space for up to eight people . 

    2. Where is the apartment's parking space located ?

    The apartment has a covered parking space (number 4) right in front of the entrance, equipped with an engine heater socket. If you need parking for a second car, there is a free parking area nearby . 

    3. Is there an electric car charging station at the building ?

    Unfortunately, the housing complex does not yet have its own charging station, and it is not possible to charge electric cars at the parking spaces. However, there are several charging points nearby in Levi. The closest one is at Zeropoint, in front of the main ski slopes, approximately 300 meters from the apartment. 

    4. How far is it to the ski lift?

    The nearest ski lift is the chairlift at the front slopes, just 250 meters from the apartment. You can easily walk there in your ski boots with your skis on your shoulder.

    5. Are pets allowed in the apartment?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. This helps ensure that the space is comfortable and safe for guests with allergies . 

    6. If something gets broken, do I need to pay for it ?

    Accidents can happen during a holiday, and normal wear and tear—such as a single broken dish—does not need to be reimbursed by the guest. However, intentional damage or negligence that affects someone else's property must be compensated at the cost of replacement . 

    7. What should I do if I notice something is missing? 

    If something essential is missing, please call or message the property manager. Their contact details can be found in the apartment folder. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
